This is an extremely valuable service that when performed properly can literally save home buyers thousands of dollars on their home purchase and possibly even save lives.

Home inspection is a skill that can be taken with you from state to state and company to company. Inspection skills can be used in multiple ways like inspecting homes, multi-family buildings, commercial buildings, insurance inspections, HOA inspections, and much more.

For anyone who loves getting outside, working with people, seeing new architecture and controlling their own time, this is a great career opportunity.

Home inspection can be a lucrative career working for an existing company or building your own business. It also has relatively low startup costs.

The average age of a home inspector is 55+ so many home inspectors will retire over the next 5 years leaving a big gap in the inspection workforce that you can fill.

Industry surveys review an average annual salary of around $60,000 for a full-time inspector.

Part-time inspectors doing one job a week at $450 per inspection can earn an extra $22,000 in their spare time.

The iGo Community has some of the most successful businesses as members and many of them gross over a million dollars a year.

This opportunity is great as an employee or business startup.

Here’s What Our Community is Saying

"The benefits of this academy are the hands-on training and things that the books won’t teach you as far as time management, trying to market yourself, and being as thorough as possible."
