Wade Williamson

Co-Founder of iGo Academy and Executive Instructor

Wade Williamson has founded and managed several real estate service companies over the last 22 years after starting as a real estate investor and contractor renovating homes throughout Colorado. Wade founded Axium, Inc and Axium Inspections in 2008, one of the largest home inspection brands in the country with over 6,000 annual inspections. Axium became part of Launchpad Home Group in 2023.

Wade created Axium Academy to train new home inspectors to assist in the company’s growth in Denver and Atlanta. He has created subsidiaries of Axium, Inc to service home inspectors including: The Radon Testing Company, Sewer Optics, Telos Aerial, Axium Radon Mitigations, Listing Pro, iOpenHouse and SignREdesign. He has partnered with national companies like Zillow and Redfin to assist in their nationwide expansion into new markets. After InspectionGo acquired Axium Academy in 2019, Wade partnered with the iGo team to help elevate home inspection services to new levels nationwide.

Dirck Parsons

Dirck Parsons is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector®. He is thoroughly trained and specializes in commercial properties, mold inspections, wood-destroying organism inspections, infrared inspections, and electromagnetic field testing.

Born and raised in Colorado, Dirck enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, golfing, and hanging out with his three nephews and two nieces. He also loves music and plays both the drums and the guitar.

Everything was going great, especially liked at your own pace. I had some set backs when the course wouldn't remembered my last place, once I called customer support they had fixed it and didn't do it again. Finished course before deadline, but need to do ride a long.

Im a General Contractor by trade and I hold several related licenses and IGo is by far the best online course and school i've been enrolled in. The course work was not only very Intelligible but It kept me engaged through out all the course modules. I was amazed at how much of the practice exam questions where on the State exam of course worded slightly different but yet very recognizable. The staff is second to none. Waylon has been beyond engaging In helping me in not only getting set up with the right course package for me but also steering me in the right direction towards getting started as soon as I achieved my state exam pass which I have done successfully thanks to the IGo team. Kevin and his behind the scenes team whom have addressed any and all of my questions and I have a lot of them regarding the after math of passing and getting started in my new career have been instrumental to me being recently hired as a Home Inspector.
