Wade Williamson has founded and managed several real estate service companies over the last 22 years after starting as a real estate investor and contractor renovating homes throughout Colorado. Wade founded Axium, Inc and Axium Inspections in 2008, one of the largest home inspection brands in the country with over 6,000 annual inspections. Axium became part of Launchpad Home Group in 2023.
Wade created Axium Academy to train new home inspectors to assist in the company’s growth in Denver and Atlanta. He has created subsidiaries of Axium, Inc to service home inspectors including: The Radon Testing Company, Sewer Optics, Telos Aerial, Axium Radon Mitigations, Listing Pro, iOpenHouse and SignREdesign. He has partnered with national companies like Zillow and Redfin to assist in their nationwide expansion into new markets. After InspectionGo acquired Axium Academy in 2019, Wade partnered with the iGo team to help elevate home inspection services to new levels nationwide.
Dirck Parsons is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector®. He is thoroughly trained and specializes in commercial properties, mold inspections, wood-destroying organism inspections, infrared inspections, and electromagnetic field testing.
Born and raised in Colorado, Dirck enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, golfing, and hanging out with his three nephews and two nieces. He also loves music and plays both the drums and the guitar.
