The Gold Standard of Home Inspection Training to Inspectors in California
InspectionGo Academy (iGo) and California Association of REALTORS® Inc. (C.A.R.) are working together to bring a gold standard of home inspection training to inspectors in California.
California Inspectors with the iGo Certification will display with the iGo Certified seal in the C.A.R. Certified Home Inspector directory.
To earn the seal you must pass the iGo Certification Exam. Once you’ve passed the exam the iGo Certified seal can be displayed on any of your marketing, including on the C.A.R. Home Inspector Directory.
We Offer Three Options for Earning the iGo Certification:
Exam Only
Purchase access to the iGo Inspector Course Exam only. This is a cost-effective and efficient path to earning your iGo Certification if you’re an experienced inspector and comfortable with test-taking. The exam takes most people around three hours to complete.
Self Guided Course
Purchase access to the course material plus the final exam for self-paced learning and exam completion. This is a cost-effective and efficient path to earning your iGo Certification if you’re an experienced inspector who would benefit from reviewing the test material prior to taking the exam.
Full Course
Purchase the iGo Academy Residential Inspection Course, consisting of 40 hours of self-guided material and 80 additional hours of live instruction, conducted online. You’ll have access to the final exam once the course is completed. Graduates also gain access to 3 ride-alongs in the field. This option works well for new inspectors entering into the field.
New Content & Modern Technology
