Wade Williamson is the Vice President of Product Strategy at InspectionGo. He has founded and managed several real estate service companies over the last 22 years after starting as a real estate investor and contractor renovating homes throughout Colorado. Wade founded Axium, Inc and Axium Inspections in 2008, which is now one of the largest home inspection companies in the country with over 6,000 annual inspections.
Wade created Axium Academy to train new home inspectors to assist in the company’s growth in Denver and Atlanta. He has created subsidiaries of Axium, Inc to service home inspectors including: The Radon Testing Company, Sewer Optics, Telos Aerial, Axium Radon Mitigations, Listing Pro, iOpenHouse and SignREdesign. He has partnered with national companies like Zillow and Redfin to assist in their nationwide expansion into new markets. After InspectionGo acquired Axium Academy in 2019, Wade joined the iGo team to help elevate home inspection services to new levels nationwide.

Bob leads all iGo Academy efforts and brings an invaluable perspective to curriculum development and inspector training.
Bob founded his own residential and commercial inspection company, Waypoint Property Inspection of Tampa, FL, in 2005. What started as a single-employee firm has now become a highly successful multi-inspector company that provides inspections and numerous ancillary services to clients throughout West Central Florida. Bob has personally completed over 7,000 inspections.

Dave entered the home inspection industry in 1982 and has personally inspected over 15,000 residential and commercial buildings. He is the former president of ASHI of Southern New England, a trainer for the EPA radon program, and is currently the lead trainer for the EPA in mold and lead. When David created Sherwood Inspection Services, he had a vision for a home inspection company that would be thorough and professional, while simultaneously making the information easy to understand for buyers, sellers, home owners, and realtors. He has even developed a procedure for evaluating residential properties that is now used industry-wide.
Executive Instructor
John is committed to enhancing the home inspection industry not just for today, but also for the future. He acts on this commitment by providing home inspection business owners with industry-specific coaching. In 2003, John and his wife Kathy started their own inspection company, Checklist Inspections, in Phoenix, AZ. They started as a single-person operation working out of their home and have since grown to be a multi-inspector firm with their very own training center. As leaders in their market, Checklist Inspections was one of the first firms in the state to offer in-house ancillary services. John is also focused on creating a positive company culture within all companies he works with.
Executive Instructor
Dirck Parsons is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector®. He is thoroughly trained and specializes in commercial properties, mold inspections, wood-destroying organism inspections, infrared inspections, and electromagnetic field testing.
Born and raised in Colorado, Dirck enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, golfing, and hanging out with his three nephews and two nieces. He also loves music and plays both the drums and the guitar.
